How to Follow Up with Customers Using WhatsApp

AVANA just keeps getting better! Now, it is easier for you to follow with your customers using WhatsApp via AVANA platform. To set up the settings required, please login to your dashboard.

In your dashboard, click on Configuration > Shop Information.

Scroll down and make sure that you enter a phone number that has a WhatsApp account.

Now to start texting your customers through WhatsApp, go to Orders.

Click on the customer that you want to follow up with.

You have to make sure that your phone has an internet connection so you can be connected with your number's WhatsApp account.

 Once you clicked on the icon, you will be brought directly to WhatsApp Web.
