Now, AVANA has a new feature, Messenger Blast - where you can send out news and updates to all of your customers without having to repeat the same process to each of them. With the new Messenger Blast, you can save more time when there's news that you want to let your customers know. Here's how:
Login to your AVANA Dashboard.
Scroll down on the left sidebar, click Messenger, then click on Messenger Blast.
Here, you can enter the news updates that you want to send out to all your customers. Simply key in your message and click Send.
Once the message is sent out, it will be kept in the Blast History so you can keep track of the message that you sent.
