Running an online shop requires many hands. In our latest upgrade, merchants can now members of their team to help manage the online shop. Here's how:
Once you're in your dashboard, click on the Settings tab > Shop Manager.
Here, you'll be able to Add Manager by adding your team from Facebook to help manage the store.
Key in your staff e-mail and they will receive a link to your Dashboard. And don't worry about privacy, they will not have access to your Facebook account whatsoever. The link is only used to give them access to the Dashboard, not your Facebook personal account.
When clicked (or Copy + Paste + Search for Yahoo Mail), they will be listed as a Shop Manager and have access to your online store's dashboard to help update inventory, fulfil orders and manage your online shop.
