How to Check Proof of Payment from Customers

If you've selected to enable Manual Payment as a payment method for your customer, here's how you can view the proof of payment:

Head on to your AVANA Dashboard via manage.avana.asia and click on the Orders tab.

Once the buyer has uploaded the proof of payment, you will see the status changed to Manual - Paid.

Click on the link to view the proof of payment.

Once you have verified the proof, remember to change the status of the order to Paid to update your customer.

You'll also receive an email notification once your buyer uploads proof of payment so you won't miss it.
