How to Edit Customer's Order Status

AVANA's new feature now allows you to change your customer's order status more effortlessly. 

 First, go to your AVANA Dashboard and click on Orders > Action > Edit Orders.


Print Invoice and Print Receipt - for your business record use.

Print Packing Slip - for your customers.

Print Connote - for consignment notes.

Delivery Order - view your customer's order and print Delivery Order.

Delete Order - delete the order completely.

Additionally, with the new Edit Order button - you can change, add details of your customers and later keep their details for the future purchase.



When you're done, make sure to click Submit to save all changes.
